Is this service covered under my health insurance plan?
This service is either fully or partially covered for residents of Ontario under social work services for those who have extended health benefits. After each session you will receive an itemized receipt to submit to your insurance provider. Check with your benefits provider to understand your coverage options and if you are covered for a Licensed Social Worker (MSW).
Do you help with job search?
This services isn't focused on job search however I will have a tool coming out soon to help. Add your name to my waitlist and check your inbox for templates to help you get started.
What happens in our sessions?
We work together in my CLEAR framework to get clear in your career. We assess your needs, values, strengths and career options to build a 5-year roadmap to carve out your next steps together.
How much do your services cost?
My career therapy sessions are $250 per therapeutic hour and $250 per career assessment.
What do the career assessments help with?
I use Psychometric assessments to help you understand yourself, your personality, and your interests. This can provide unique insights in helping you take the next steps in your career.
How long will it take me to get career clarity?
This program is offered in 8 sessions however if you want to achieve clarity in less time book your first session and ask about my VIP intensive career package.
